Introduction

Collings Park Trust has created a community garden and wildlife area for the benefit of the local community.  The Trust has been successful in securing grants towards various major works, however, it is necessary to generate a regular income stream to cover smaller day to day costs as well as unavoidable commitments such as insurance premiums, stationery, banking, and website fees.  To this end the Trust has created a membership scheme which will we believe engenders a sense of ownership and encourages active participation in the project.

Membership demonstrates local support and can be viewed favourably by organisations in a position to help.  So please consider joining and lending your support to this worthwhile project.

Membership Options

The scheme will offer two forms of membership, namely Member and Supporter:

• Members will have full voting rights.

• Supporters will be considered as informal or associate (non-voting) members.

Benefits of Membership

Whilst all local residents will be welcome to use the community space and participate in the Trust’s activities, Members will receive the following benefits:

• Voting rights on CPT matters.

• Inclusion on CPT membership communications by email.

Subscription Fees

Members:

There are two levels of subscription fees for Members:

• Individual membership, with a fee of £3.00 per month / £33.00 per year.

• Household membership, with a fee of £4.00 per month / £44.00 per year, giving full membership for up to two named adults (other members of the household will be considered as Supporters).

Supporters:

• Individual subscription fee of £1.00 per month / £12.00 per year.

 

Payment Choices

Membership fees will become due on the first of the month or annually on the first of the month following your anniversary of joining and will be accepted by bank transfer, standing order or by cheque.  Cheques should be made payable to Collings Park Trust with your surname, house number and postcode on the back.

 

Payments to Collings Park Trust made by bank transfer or standing order should have your house number and postcode as the reference.
